Although Jim passed away in 2013, the company has continued to successfully grow under the leadership of his wife, Chryol Kelley, their children, and the unwavering support of very knowledgeable employees strategically placed in leadership positions. It is our vision to continue to diversify, grow, and provide railroads with expert services to meet and exceed their signal and communication needs.

Chryol Kelley
CEO
Chryol Has been with the company from its inception in 1997. After the loss of Jim in 2013, her dedication, motivation, and guidance provided the support needed to continue to move forward and grow. Chryol’s continuous leadership, and the vision set forth in the past by her late husband, continues to guide the company on a path of growth and sustainability.
Brad Slover
Executive Vice President
Since joining Interrail in 2000 as a Design Engineer, Brad’s hard work, dedication, and pursuit of excellence set him on a path of continued growth from which the company has greatly benefited. He was promoted to Executive Vice President of Interrail companies, providing guidance and oversight to ensure continuity between the companies and to ensure that all decisions made are in the best interest of Interrail’s owners. Brad’s leadership and his progress on the vision set forth by the company’s founders has been crucial to Interrail’s continuous growth and success.
Mike Hutson
Vice President of Field Operations
Mike has over 40 years in the railroad industry. He joined Interrail in 1998 after retiring from CSXT. Building on Jim Kelley’s vision, he helped to develop and grow the construction side of the business located in Cottage Grove, TN. Mike’s leadership and his extensive knowledge, performance, dedication, and work ethic has been a key factor in Interrail becoming the industry leader it is today.
Keith Carter
Vice President of Engineering
Keith’s railroad career began as an assistant signalman. After 38 years he retired as the Manager of Signal Engineering at CSXT. Keith’s extensive knowledge, experience, and work ethic, as well as his reputation, is well known within the railroad industry. He joined Interrail’s management team in 2014 and has provided excellent leadership and guidance to the engineering group.
Leta Hall
Finance Director / HR
Since joining the team in 2010, Leta has been responsible for the financial health and success of all three companies. She has provided financial advice and invaluable support to the management team. Leta has over 30 years of experience in the financial field and her knowledge and dedication provides vital support to Interrail’s operations.
